How does it work?

You can apply to Rubyworks and get onboarded if you are eligible based on our criteria. You will have to take our assessment tests and go through background and verification checks to become an Rubyworks expert. Once your profile is live, you will start getting freelancing offers based on client’s selection criteria.

What are the screening criteria to become an Rubyworks expert?

Rubyworks will have multiple assessment criteria including aptitude and logical reasoning, communication & language skills, technical tests, live interviews, and situational case studies. Based on internal scoring matrix, you would be onboarded on Rubyworks platform if you qualify. We will inform you if you have been selected as an Rubyworks expert.
Will I be working with Rubyworks team or with the client directly?
Will I be working full-time or part-time with the client?
Will my role be remote or on-site?
How can I get started working on projects?

Based on your expertise, skills, experience, availability, pricing you would be shortlisted by clients. Clients will undertake interviews for selection and finalize work terms. Once the contract is signed, you can start working on the project directly with the client.
What kind of infrastructure I need to have?
What kind of projects would these be – fixed price or hourly based?
